Microsoft Office Beta 2 Technical Refresh – File Is Not Available

If you have recently installed Microsoft Office Beta 2 Technical Refersh and are now getting an error where you cannot open any documents due to the following error:
“The file <filename goes here.docx> is not available.”
then here is the solution…
Disable the Office plug-in in Norton Anti-Virus/Norton Internet Security. In the meantime, be careful which documents you open or, use a different anti-virus solution
